We have an exciting opportunity for a competent and commercially experienced Accountant to join the team at Global Motors NZ. They are the importers of Renault and INFINITI motor vehicles.

Renault have an exciting brand line up and are making increased inroads into the New Zealand European prestige marketplace.




Coupled with the brand-new introduction of INFINITI to New Zealand and their innovative luxury model range.

This is a great chance for you to develop your skills and be part of a hard-working and supportive team that is passionate about the brands they represent.

We are looking for a bright spark with plenty of energy, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and drive to deliver on results within deadlines.

Production manager needed in southern Germany (Metal-/Sinter technology) 

Knowledge of the automotive industry and importing & distribution will be an advantage, but we are willing to train someone in the role if you fit our team culture and have the skills we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for the integrity of financial information within the accounting system.

Prepare management reporting information as required e.g. weekly WIP and DOR reports, monthly management accounts and board reports

Prepare monthly and fortnightly payroll

Assist in the preparation of forecast plans for Board purposes and as required by FM

Build and maintain solid working relationships with the management team and wider finance team to provide financial management, decision support and participation in entity decision making.

Assist where appropriate with any other project as directed by FM or Senior Finance Team

About You

You will be a Certified Chartered Accountant or studying towards qualification, and have strong commercial acumen.

You will have superior communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels.

You will take full responsibility and ownership of tasks

You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

You will be keen to learn new ways, can focus on priorities and do what needs to be done

Your agility and demonstrated initiative in all you do will be apparent on your CV and through your actions

You will be a “natural” with numeracy and numerical reasoning

You will naturally understand and will be able to identify business drivers
